Trouble with your download

If your file did not arrive, check the spam folder for the receipt from Gumroad first, since that is where it usually is. If it is not there, reply to the Gumroad receipt or contact Gumroad support with your order number and the file will be re-sent. Gumroad handles all order records for this product.

A correction to the book

If a chapter sends you wrong, say so. There will be another edition, and corrections from readers are how the second one gets better than the first. Include the chapter number and what your water was doing.

Please note

Sal does not diagnose individual pools by message and cannot tell you what your water needs from a photograph — without your gallons and four test numbers, nobody can, and anybody who says otherwise is guessing. Chapter 1 gets you the gallons, Chapter 10 gets you numbers you can trust, and Appendix C sends you straight to the chapter for whatever you are looking at. Those three answer the question better than a message can. For anything involving power, gas or a suspected leak in the structure, call a licensed trade in your area rather than writing in.
